Our Services
Fully Extended Bar Report
This is the main service provided to the majority of clients. A computerised report consisting of brand by brand analysis of all goods stocked, with individual information on gross profit margins, stock on hand, deliveries, opening stock, closing stock, closing values and brand sales.
The Summary Report then shows the information at group level (i.e. Draught Lager, Draught Bitter, Bottled Beer etc). A section is available for allowances such as Pipe Clean, Wastage, Discount Sales and the like. The surplus or Deficit for the period is then illustrated. There is also a Report for Year to date figures.
Food Stocktaking
Normally shown in the form of Trading Accounts giving Gross Profit, opening and closing values, Purchases and Revenue. Detailed Purchase/Supplier reports are also available.
Business Transfers and Valuations
A Valuation service of all saleable items and glassware is available for clients wishing to take over or sell licensed trade premises, where a Stocktake is required on the day of changeover. A Valuation Certificate can also be provided for stocktakes or valuations done at the clients financial year end. The clients accountant normally requires these.
